Mokume Milligrain Diamond Ring

This Ring was designed in house for a jewelry design competition. This ring is hand fabricated from mokume gane, sterling silver, and lab grown diamonds. There are 140 0.9mm lab grown diamonds bead set on each side face. The top of the ring is gently domes with a crisscross pattern of milligrain. The inside of the ring is a hand fabricated sleeve of sterling silver to accentuate the negative space created by the domed top. This ring is finished with a high polish. The mokume will be able to patina over time giving a dark contrasting effect.
